I like the product and how quickly it was delivered but the book is definitely more used than I thought it was going to be. The covers fold out a bit which is annoying and there is some odd highlighting on some pages, but overall I am content with my purchase.

The speed that the vendor sent the purchased item was excellent. The book seemed to have a little more wear than I expected, but it was completely serviceable and satisfactory.



Never received the item - Credit issued by Amazon - D. Steenson -
I ordered this textbook, needing it in order to start class. I never received the book and ended up ordering another copy at considerable more expense plus next day shipping or I could have failed the class. When I contacted the seller, I was told there was nothing that could be done about it since they had mailed it and I was probably just trying not to get out of paying for the item. I don't appreciate the accusation and will never purchase from this seller again or recommend this seller to anyone else.
