Upon receiving my order - Frederick J. Ziebell -
Upon receiving my order, It was noted that this book had been slightly water damaged. This was stated on the reciept. The front and back covers had started to roll back and the pages were like the texture of a used book because of the water. The book is usable as is, so I guess my question is "Why did I still get charged full price for a new book"?
